our second child has now attended his 8th grade formal, what a fun milestone, so glad the junior highs give them this fun opportunity. along with his date (and girlfriend), they serendipitously matched-his bow tie: black polka dots and her skirt: black polka dots-i missed the high five when they recognized this awesome detail!

our school district always has an end of the season tournament for each sport, track and field was yesterday. nine schools competed and it was fun.
